All staff, students and visitors have the right to learn and work in a safe and secure environment. The purpose of the “Securing Our School” Plan is to aid the staff at Johnny Therriault School in ensuring that a standardized response to an emergency situation is intentional prepared for and considered by all staff at the school. The administrative procedures provides general guidelines to respond to incidents or threat of a incident. The principal shall ensure that specific school response lock down procedures be developed and incorporated into the school emergency plans.
